one i would like to start this blog off with i love assos cream.
two i would also like to say i am loving ebay.
three... i ate too many sweets at work and i decided that i am kicking out sweets for ONE WHOLE month. just to see what my body does with out all that shit in it.
four off to my trainer then make rice and clean a bit.
